Bravo invests in a full-time Project Management (PM) team that has tremendous experience in industrial safety service projects – from facility turn-arounds and maintenance to wellsite services.

Our project managers have experience managing large teams, building and maintaining professional relationships, developing project plans, and scheduling and leading team members.

Collaborating closely with customers, our project managers conduct thorough assessments of project scope safety service requirements, followed by meticulous project needs analysis and the development of comprehensive execution plans.

During project planning, our project managers assess and identify with the highest standard of quality in mind, the safest and most cost-effective way to provide industrial safety services.

Bravo Target PMs have managed facility turnarounds and outages with 200+ safety personnel on a single scope.

Our PMs undergo formal project management and leadership training, supplemented by annual leadership development sessions.

Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and quality, our project managers regularly mentor their teams through on-site audits and the implementation of corrective measures as necessary.
