Safety Watch Personnel plan, organize and control required activities with on-site representative(s) for plant, construction and well operations. Depending on the scope of work, their duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Job Duties:

  • Comply with company rules, requirements, roles & responsibilities
  • Ensure that workers follow all policies, procedures, and practices
  • Frequently meet and communicate with the Project Coordinator and provide feedback on field activities
  • Review, coach, and mentor workers on all administrative controls
  • Assist and coach workers on tasks such as setting up for Breathing Air, Spark Watch, CSE Attendant and Area Watch
  • Participate in daily safety meetings and ensure topics discussed are relevant to the turnaround activities
  • Review Hazard ID’s and ensure that all corrective actions are implemented when applicable.
  • Distribute all information related to the Hazard ID/Near Miss to on-site Advisor or Project Coordinator
  • Notify the Advisor/Project Coordinator of all Incidents and near misses
  • Only assign workers who are competent to related tasks
  • Complete 2 Worksite Inspections per day and forward these to the on-site Advisor/Project Coordinator
  • Forward all administrative controls to the on-site Advisor for Bravo Target’s LITTS Chart input
  • Ensure proper and efficient “cross-over” is conducted daily
  • Support and assist the on-site Advisor/Project Coordinator with the completion of Worker Evaluations
  • Ensure disciplinary action process is clearly understood and communicated to workers
  • Ensure all Bravo Target Safety site equipment is inspected and maintained.
  • Report any deficiencies found to the on-site Advisor/Project Coordinator utilizing the correct reporting process and forms
  • Other duties as assigned

Bravo Target Safety is currently looking for Project Managers to join our team. Reporting directly to the Turnaround Manager, the Project Manager will define project requirements and scope, acquire project resources, and supervise the efforts of project team members. The Project Manager is the primary person responsible for planning, executing, and delivering contracted corporate projects and turnarounds on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.

Job Duties:

  • Manage the lifecycle of specific projects, ranging from strategic planning initiatives to tactical activities.
  • Efficiently deliver project deliverables, effective quality control, clear communication of expectations to stakeholders and upward reporting to senior management must be performed throughout each project.
  • Design, implement, and supervise the implementation of new system installations, expansions, modifications, migrations, and other projects.
  • Establish a project charter, execution strategy, define project goals, objectives, risks, assumptions, staffing levels, roles and responsibilities, work breakdown structure, milestones, and deliverables for each specified project.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses, risk analyses, and ROI calculations to determine project feasibility.
  • Manage project and turnaround activities throughout the lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, scheduling, documentation, budget, and other factors necessary for success.
  • Plan all project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and micro-deliverables using the appropriate software tools and/or PM methods.
  • Organize project teams into suitable workgroups and guide the teams throughout their efforts to produce deliverables according to specification.
  • Negotiate with other business units to obtain required skill sets.
  • Establish and deliver mechanisms for tracking project progress and reporting to stakeholders via a formal communications plan.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and forums to solicit feedback, input, and expectations; incorporate these into project plans.
  • Establish, implement, and follow a formal change management program.
  • Reallocate resources across multiple projects where necessary; identify and resolve any resource allocation discrepancies.
  • Adhere to established methodologies for project management.
  • Produce regular reports (status, escalations, etc.) on the progress of projects; deliver these reports during regular stakeholder meetings.
  • Track all project costs to ensure completion within budget; procure extra budget funding where necessary.
  • Closely monitor the efforts and billing of third-party workers, such as consultants, contractors, and other specialists.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts within project teams and associate work; create contingency plans to mitigate risk.
  • Manage project dependencies.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement; make recommendations based on findings.
  • Assist in preparing and share manpower and equipment requirements with appropriate personnel.
  • Completion of a Daily Report which will be cumulative and forwarded on a weekly basis for review / discussion / action close out.
  • Review for accuracy and adjust as required, sign off on, and submit Daily Time Sheets.
  • Perform site inspections on field staff and document findings on appropriate forms.
  • Share findings from safety meetings, site inspection and Clients with the Turnaround Manager to ensure effective follow up is achieved.
  • Investigate all near misses and incidents, record and report to the HSEQ and Turnaround Manager and Client in a timely matter.
  • Support investigations and progressive disciplinary actions as required and record in the daily report to ensure the appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner.
  • Conduct employee evaluations with direct reports and provide feedback.
